The Himley Country Hotel, Dudley has a range of meeting rooms to accommodate your business needs with purpose designed meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 150 delegates. Our dedicated confence team are available to delegates and organisers alike, from taking your enquiry to setting up your conference on the day.
The hotel offers a range of packages for day and residential delegates with prices starting from £25.00 per person for Day Delegates and from £100.00 for 24 hours. Delegate prices include your room hire, tea and coffee throughout the day and buffet lunch. Our residential package also includes dinner, accommodation and breakfast.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event down to the very last detail.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event.
Our dedicated conference team will meet you on arrival to run through all your conference details and will be available all day long to ensure your meeting is a success. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
The Old Schoolhouse Restaurant and Conservatory are open for lunch and dinner for all your meal requirements. If however you require your lunch served to your room we have a number of menus that are available.
