The Royal Cambridge Hotel is ideally located for all types of meetings and business events. Within walking distance of the city centre, railway station and 'The Backs', yet only a few minutes drive from the M11 motorway, the hotel has five conference rooms, catering for up to 120 delegates. It also has the added benefit of its own large car park, daily charges apply.

The hotel takes pride in hosting a variety of local and national training events, and with 57 en-suite bedrooms is equally suitable for residential conferences as for shorter meetings. The Royal Cambridge Hotel is also a stylish venue for presentations, seminars and product launches. All of our meeting rooms have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access. (charges apply)

Hobson Suite
The Hobson Suite is on the lower ground floor with direct access from the car park, and is an excellent choice for conferences and small exhibitions. The Suite is also a popular venue for training courses and accommodates a variety of different room layouts. The Hobson Suite has the added benefit of air-conditioning and its own bar, which is ideal as a registration or refreshment area. 

Terrace Room
 
The Terrace Room is ideal for boardroom meetings for up to 25 delegates, or theatre-style for up to 40. The Terrace Room has natural daylight and is suitable for team-building sessions and classroom-style events.

Trinity & Fitzroy Rooms
These two rooms are adjacent to the Terrace Room and can seat up to 25 in a theatre-style layout. They may be used in conjunction with the Terrace Room for syndicate work, or independently for small conferences for up to 12 delegates in a U-shape layout.

Senate Room
The Senate Room recaptures the elegance of a bygone era, with two grand chandeliers and rich decor. This room is ideal for training and private functions for up to 40 delegates.
