The hotel takes great pride in hosting all types of conferences and corporate events, with extensive facilities for up to 300 delegates.
Fitzwilliam Suite
With the capacity to hold up to 300 delegates the Fitzwilliam Suite is the largest of our conference rooms. The Suite has its own foyer, which is ideal as a registration area, for displaying material and as a refreshment break out room. The Fitzwilliam Suite is located on the ground floor, is fully air-conditioned, and has double unloading doors making this a perfect venue for exhibitions, sales presentations, product launches and training events.
Wentworth Suite
The Wentworth Suite is ideal for smaller meetings or training sessions. The room has the advantage of natural daylight and air-conditioning and can be used in conjunction with the Fitzwilliam Suite for larger functions.
Yorkshire Room
Adjacent to reception, the Yorkshire Room is an ideal room for meetings or private functions for up to 30 delegates. A unique feature of this room is the connecting conservatory, which can be allocated as a breakout area for discussion work, or refreshment breaks.
Elmhurst Training Room
A purpose-built training centre situated in the first floor, with convenient access to five interconnecting syndicate rooms. With natural daylight and air-conditioning, the Elmhirst Training Room is extremely versatile for both presentation and training sessions for up to a maximum of 100 delegates.
Elmhirst Suite and Lounge
The Elmhirst Suite & Lounge are very adaptable as one room or two separate rooms, offering a spacious venue for training events and meetings for up to 50 delegates. With its own bar and portable dance floor this Suite is also a popular venue for small parties and dinner dances.
