The conference facilities consist of five main conference suites, ranging in capacity from the largest which will seat up to 300 delegates in a theatre-style layout, down to the smallest, which is ideal for meetings and interviews. All of our meeting rooms have the benefit of WIFI T-Mobile internet access.
Louise Graves Suite
The Louisa Suite is the largest of the conference rooms and enjoys the benefits of natural daylight, two sets of doors leading onto the gardens and air-conditioning. The Suite also has its own stage, entrance and foyer making it ideal for presentations and exhibitions.
Mark Ash Suite
The Mark Ash Suite is perfect for conferences and training days, and will seat up to 100 delegates in a theatre-style layout. The Suite has air-conditioning and French doors opening onto the garden, and also has its own entrance and foyer which can be used for registration, display boards and refreshments.
Forest Suite
Consisting of both the Louisa Graves Suite and the Mark Ash Suite, the Forest Suite will seat up to 300 delegates in a theatre-style layout in its full capacity. This air-conditioned Suite is a popular venue for exhibitions, sales presentations and product launches.
Glasshayes Rooms
The Glasshayes Room is ideal for the smaller meeting or training day. The room has the benefit of natural daylight and doors opening onto the garden, and also has the comfort of air-conditioning. The Glasshayes Room interconnects with the Louisa Suite and is often used as a breakout room.
